Our History

Eco Construction & Maintenance, LLC was established 8 years ago as a Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) company. We quickly grew and progressed into the electrical and plumbing divisions followed by full facilities maintenance. Eco's philosophy is to sustain our succession through means which preserve the environment. Consequently, we are striving and making all efforts in becoming a leader in the green industry. We pride ourselves in being an environmentally sensitive company and request all subcontractors and vendors alike to use green and sustainable products. Today, our company has evolved into a central location of services for all real estate and multi-facility operations specializing in all facets required to construct and/or maintain small and large scale projects.
